At Talaine, we give returns a second life. Instead of storing or destroying returned items, we make sure they end up with people who can use them.

With your return you are not only giving something back to us, but also to someone else who needs it.

Returning something?
That is possible. You will receive the full purchase amount back as soon as we have received the product in good condition.

This is how it works:
1. Email us within 14 days at info@talaine.nl
2. State your order number and reason for return.
3. You will receive the return form and the return address from us.
4. After receipt and inspection we will refund the amount within 5 working days.

Prefer not to return?
Don't feel like returning or does it feel like a waste? Then we would like to think along with you. In many cases you can keep the product and still be (partially) compensated.

Returns Policy
- The product must be unworn, undamaged and in original condition
- Labels and tags must be attached
- Original packaging and any accessories must be included
- Products such as lingerie or earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- We cannot process returns without a return form.

Postage costs
The shipping costs for return are for the customer. We recommend to choose a shipping method with track & trace . Send your tracking link to info@talaine.nl , so we can track your return.
